We spoke with many contractors before our decision to use Richards Roofing. Most were more concerned with selling their company and their product, like the old fashioned car salesman who pitches a high price then tries to make several concessions to make the client feel like they were getting a deal. Richard was not like that. He listened to us. He was genuinely concerned about our needs and offered solutions and recommendations. All things considered, we chose to ask Richard to do the job. A few days later, materials were delivered, and Richard came with his crew and worked along with them. They took their time, measuring precisely and working from morning into night. They always cleaned up the area before leaving. Just 5 days later, our home looked better than new. We highly recommend Richards Roofing. They are hard working, honest, and dependable. From tearing off the old shingles, repairing any water damaged wood, almost completely rebuilding the roof over the back porch because of water damage, the repair work on the chimney and everything else that was done, it was all done with efficiency and professionalism. The cleanup after everything was done was perfect. I don't think we have found even a single nail on the ground. We will definitely call Richards Roofing for our next home improvement project. 5 out of 5 starsRicardo and his team did a great job on all of our new windows, roof, and gutters. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves when leaving. His prices were very fair on all his quotes. Had a few issues arise with our roof sheathing but they made quick work on getting it all replaced along with fixing some odd and end things that were seen when the sheathing was off. The initial quotes did take a little bit of time to recieve (6 weeks) but were very thorough on all of the extras we also had him give quotes for and we also requested the quotes during his busy summer months but once an agreement was made they started within the week on the job. I would highly recommend using Richard's roofing! See more See less

5 out of 5 starsRicardo and his crew did a great job on the asphalt shingle roof for my house and the metal roofs for 2 barns. I received quotes from several reputable roofing contractors, and Ricardo was the only one to take the time to listen to what we wanted, offer suggestions, and walk me through his process. He was able to start right away, and was easy to work with. He worked around another home improvement project that was happening at the same time. He has come back after the job to make sure I didn’t have any issues. If he knew it would rain that night, his crew stayed until after dark to make sure everything was water tight before leaving. They cleaned up after every work day, and after the job was done, they used magnets to make sure no nails were left behind in the yard. I would highly recommend Richard’s Roofing! See more See less
